Now some of you might look at this and cringe. Fortunately being a Vancouverite I rarely encountered ‘fake’ Chinese food. It wasn’t until I travelled to the states that I discovered this stuff. This might be a tad controversial but I think some of the food is good. Now hold on! Put down the pitchforks and torches for a second and hear me out. I don’t consider this ‘Chinese’ food per-say. But I genuinely enjoy some of the food. I look at this food as foreigners attempting adopting to a different world. It’s 2018 I think most people know this stuff isn’t ‘real’ Chinese food. However, if someone does perhaps gently educating them might be helpful!
