My Favorite Chinese Topping
Now as we all know I love Asian food. But what some of you might not know is that I love spicy food too. Any chance I get to put some of this stuff onto my eggs or steak I’ll do it too. If it wasn’t staining I’d carry it around a flask too if I could. Chili Oil ladies and gentlemen. Now I’m sure some of you have had chilli oil. If you do then you’ll know what I’m talking about when it contains not only spicy goodness but a lovely earthy flavour from the cook of the chilis. As well a very fragrant aroma to match!
